Mother: *answers phone*
Best Friend: "Turn on the tv!"
Mother: *surprised, turns it on*
She saw the twin towers, one was smoking and nothing had happened to the second tower, JUST yet.
News: "... We believe this was a terrorist act. ..."
She speechlessly witnessed the second airplane crashing into the second tower LIVE.
That's when she knew.
We were at a war.
